Historically, Orlando Theme Parks raise their prices every year. This increase usually takes place on the first quarter of the calendar year but it could be anytime. We don’t want you to be affected by this raise. In order for us to guarantee your package price your total package price will be charged the moment you make your reservation; that way your tickets can be held in stock at current prices. If you don’t want to pay your package in full and use instead a payment plan, please keep in mind that when the time comes for the balance to be charged, if the tickets prices changed, a price adjustment will occur. All packages must be charged in full to guarantee guest price. 

In any case, for any package, Balance must be paid in full fourteen (15) days before arrival. If the balance or part of the balance is not paid within ten (10) days before arrival, Orlando Resorts Online reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to apply the cancellation fee according to the parameters above.

·         Your Name, email address and daytime phone number (for verification)

4.      After we verify the information, we'll refund 100% of the difference!

Terms & Conditions:
Before asserting a Best Package Price Guarantee claim, you must have booked a package on our Site that displays the Best Package Price Guarantee slogan and received a valid reservation confirmation number from us. You must submit the claim that you found a lower rate on another website by sending us an email at support@orlandoresortsonline.com within 48 hours of your original reservation. We must be able to verify the lower rate on the other website. The lower rate on the other website must be for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, same theme park tickets, in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable (i.e., the general public must be able to view the rate on the website) and book it (i.e., the rate is currently available and can be reserved online) via the Internet. We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that your claim meets all conditions of our Best Package Price Guarantee program and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been submitted properly. For purposes of our Best Package Price Guarantee program, our package price includes the room, theme park tickets and all taxes. Provided you meet all of the conditions herein, we will honor the lower package price found on the other website.  No price adjustment will be processed for any reservation for which payment in full is not received.
