Resort Requirements:

In order to take advantage of this great offer, the resort simply asks that you meet the following requirements:

(Requirements vary depending on resort.)

 *The majority of the resorts requires a minimum of (3) nights stays in an Orlando Hotel.

* You must bring your State issued driver's license or a government issued picture ID Identification which will be inspected prior to the tour to verify age and residency.

*  Must have  a valid major credit card:  Visa,  MasterCard, Discover or America Express.  Debit cards will not be accepted even if they have the Visa or MasterCard logo .

* Married or living together, both must attend the aprox. ninety (90 - 120) minutes presentation. For cohabitating couples, must have matching addresses, either on identification or bills.

* Minimum combined annual income (varies depending on resort) they must equal or exceed , fifty thousand ($50,000) or sixty thousand ($60,000) dollars respectively be credit worthy and has not filed for bankruptcy in the last seven years.

* Both members must be a minimun of twenty-eight (28) years of age , in all cases, we do request that anyone to be part of the purchasing process attend the presentation.

* Some Florida counties and/or countries are not eligible for these presentations and vary depending on the resort. In most cases it is required that you maintain U.S. citizenship or be a legal resident of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Mexico, must not be residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Dade and Seminole Counties, (for some resorts also excluded are residents from Broward and Dade) in Florida.

*  Must speak and understand English or Spanish fluently.

*  No more than six (6) adults may attend the presentation together. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two or more families or associates traveling together or meeting at the same location on the same arrival date. As such, only one family completing a tour at the same tour time will be allowed.

* Single men are not qualified for this offer.

* Families who have attended a timeshare project sales presentation in the last twelve (12) month period are not qualified for this offer.

* Us citizens or Residents and foreigners except from Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia are not qualified for this offer (Egypt, India, Spain and Brazil, Guatemala, Uruguay, Bolivia, Chile, Spain and South Africa and Providence of Quebec) are also not qualified in some resorts.

* Must be currently employed and cannot be part or full time student.
