Rescheduling your reservation:
We will happily reschedule or change the dates or property on your reservation (upon availability) up to seven (7) days before arrival date for a $25.00 fee. If new dates fall during Holidays and/or Special Events and guest decides to cancel after initial reschedule, the cancellation policy for Holiday dates will apply, otherwise the non holiday dates cancellation will remain the same. If applicable, the guest will have to pay the difference between the original package price and the package's current price for the new dates or property. To reschedule or for customer support, call us at 1-800-886-7019 a minimum of seven(7) days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
