What’s included in our package?

 

Hotel: Accommodations are included with all packages and come by the number of rooms chosen in your package. For detailed descriptions and amenities refer to the particular hotel of interest.

 

Park tickets: Every member in your party will receive tickets for the all the theme parks chosen by you to be included in your package. All tickets are personally delivered to your hotels front desk before you even arrive! We offer tickets to practically every major attraction in Orlando.

 

Breakfast: Most of the hotels and resorts serve complimentary breakfast buffet. These vary from continental, continental plus or full hot breakfast buffets. This means you will find a varied selection of fruits, eggs, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, bagels, milk, bagels, muffins, donuts, French toast and regular toast, waffles etc (Please note that breakfast items may vary by hotel)

 

Transportation: The majority of hotels offer complimentary Bus Shuttle transportation to and from all the major theme parks in Orlando and Kissimmee tourist area. They typically run on a fixed schedule (starting as early as 8 a.m. coming back mid-afternoon and conveniently when the park closes) and it usually adjust accordingly to the season and schedule of the major theme parks.  For a detailed description of the transportation included with your package, contact your hotel of interest, as their service is subject to change seasonally. All the hotels can also assist you in finding transport that’s not included in their services for a fee.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  that none of the hotels offer free transportation to Busch Gardens or The Kennedy Space Center, as these are about 1 to 1.5 hours away and are not in the Orlando/Kissimmee tourist area.

                              

Do I have to go to a Resort Preview in all your packages?

No. Not all our vacation packages include a Resort Preview. As a matter of fact, you choose whatever is best for you.  We are wholesalers of vacation packages so we have both: with and without Resort Preview. The only thing in common in both is the great prices we offer.

When and where do I get my tickets?

Every ticket in your package is personally delivered to your hotels front desk on the day of arrival between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. On request, we can also guarantee delivery of the tickets the day before, this way you can pick up your tickets early in the morning of arrival, go to the parks and check in when you come back!

If you included a presentation at a Resort in your package, tickets will be delivered at the presentation site after the presentation is over. Call us for special arrangements.

Tickets to the major attractions (Disney parks, Universal Studios, Sea World) do NOT have specific dates on them and can be used at any time during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: tickets for dinner shows (Medieval Times, Arabian Nights, Pirates, Sleuths Mystery Dinner) are also delivered to your hotel, but they require the guest to call them (the dinner show) in advance and set up a day on which you plan to attend the show.

When do I get my confirmation letter?

Reservations are confirmed within 48 hours by email. They can also be sent by request through fax and regular mail and be downloaded from our site.  However, package summary’s are sent out immediately after booking a reservation over the phone or online and can be used as proof of purchase until the hotel reservations are confirmed. The summary also provides the guest with a reference #, which can be used at any time to check the status of your reservation by going into the “my account” section (link is located at the top-right hand side of the home page) It is highly recommended to check the status of your reservation through the “my account” link due to increasing spam and virus filters that might mistakenly block your confirmation/summary letters. This service is available to you 24/7 on our website.

What’s the cancellation policy?

(non holiday dates):
We are so confident about the great value of our packages, that you may cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours of making the request with no fee (unless your arrival date is within the next seven days. In this case the cancellation policy will apply). After the initial 24 hrs, we'll charge a $75 cancellation fee if cancelled up to seven days prior to your arrival date plus a $39 processing fee. Less than seven days prior your arrival date or no shows, we will charge one night plus tax  and a $39 processing fee or $150 (per room), whichever is greater and a $39 processing fee, will be retained. No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights.

f any day of your reservation falls in any of the following Holiday travel dates (Jan 15-20, Feb. 12 – Feb. 17, Mar. 1 – Apr. 30, May 21 – Jul. 30, Sep. 3 – Sep. 8, Oct. 8 - Oct. 13, Oct. 29 - Nov. 11, Nov. 25 – Nov. 30, Dec. 18 - Jan. 4):
You may cancel within the first 24 hours of making the reservation (if the reservation is made within seven days of your arrival, the total package price up to $300 per room cancellation fee plus $39 processing fee applies). After the initial 24 hrs, we'll charge $150 and a $39 processing fee if cancelled up to seven days prior your arrival date. Less than seven days prior your arrival date or no shows, the total package price up to $300 (per room) plus a $39 processing fee will be retained. No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights. Cancellations made directly to the hotel will not be considered valid. Can I re-schedule my reservation?

We will happily reschedule or change the dates or property on your reservation (upon availability) up to seven days before arrival date for a $25.00 rescheduling fee. If new dates fall during Holidays and/or Special Events and guest decides to cancel after initial reschedule, the cancellation policy for Holiday dates will apply, otherwise the non holiday dates cancellation will remain the same. If applicable, the guest will have to pay the difference between the original package price and the package's current price for the new dates or property. To reschedule or for customer support, call us at 1-800-886-7019 a minimum of seven days prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Do I have to pay the full amount when I place my reservation?

No, you don’t.  We understand that times are tough and we need all the flexibility we can get! If you make your reservation more than fifteen days before your arrival day, we offer a flexible plan without interest, (0% interest!) You can make a deposit of $300 - $500 (depending on the total amount of your reservation) and the balance can be paid in installments as long as the full amount is paid in full fifteen (15) days before your arrival.  Call us and talk to one of our agents to find the plan that is best for you.

 We work with and offer tickets to ALL the major theme parks in the Orlando / Kissimmee tourist area (except for Discovery Cove) as well as close regions such as Busch Gardens in Tampa and Kennedy Space Center in Cocoa Beach

What about airline tickets or car rentals?

Airline: We are a local Orlando company and specialize strictly in hotel and theme park packages, resulting in the great prices which we bring forward to you. There are various services online that offer airline tickets if you are looking to book a flight.

 

We recommend:  A popular choice is to book the air flight yourself (you can find great flight-only deals online) and building your hotel and ticket accommodations through us. This will guarantee the lowest possible price for all the expenses required for your vacation!

 

Car Rentals: Please remember that if your are staying in a hotel with complementary transportation to the major theme parks you will most likely not need your own car. However, if you feel you need to have your own transportation you can always find great deals from a local rental company (there are many available at the airport).

     

How do I get to my hotel?

 

If you’re driving, the confirmation letter includes detailed address and map directions to your hotel. You can also use the address provided to you and use your favorite online map service to get more personalized directions. If you’re flying or don’t plan to rent a car, getting to the tourist area hotels and major attractions couldn’t be easier as there are various services available to and from the Airport.

Is my information secure?

We use the most strict encryption protocols and 128-bit security to make sure your personal and credit card information remains secure. We don’t share or sell your information with any third party. We are approved by all the major credit card companies and meet all the strict requirements they require to operate and charge debit/credit cards online.

How do I know this is not a scam?

 

We understand your worries. That’s why we have included our state license number on our home page, click on the “Contact Us” link where we have also provided our local address.

 

We are licensed and bonded as a “Seller of Travel” in the State of Florida. You can call the State of Florida and ask them about our business.  You can call 1-800-435-7352 (outside of Florida, call 1-850-488-2221); press option 3 – and then option 2 to speak to an agent and tell them you want to check on Florida State License ST-37579.

 

We are required by the State of Florida to carry a $25,000 bond. This is your insurance when you purchase any of our packages and services. We are also members of the Orlando Better Business Bureau, only companies in good standing are able to be part of this group.
