If you need to cancel your reservation
Only the person whose name is on the reservation may cancel a reservation. Please call toll free 1-800-886-7019 to speak with a Customer Service Representative; After hours please leave a message with your name, confirmation number, hotel name and check-in / check-out dates. Please note that the date and time of your message will be used to determine if a cancellation fee applies.
