Non holiday dates:
We are so confident about the great value of our packages, that you may cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours of making the request with no fee (unless your arrival date is within the next seven days. In this case the cancellation policy will apply). After the initial 24 hrs, we'll charge a $75 cancellation fee if cancelled up to seven days prior to your arrival date plus a $39 processing fee. Less than seven days prior your arrival date or no shows, we will charge one night plus tax  and a $39 processing fee or $150 (per room), whichever is greater and a $39 processing fee, will be retained. No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights.

Holiday dates:
If any day of your reservation falls in any of the following Holiday travel dates (Jan 15-20, Feb. 12 – Feb. 17, Mar. 1 – Apr. 30, May 21 – Jul. 30, Sep. 3 – Sep. 8, Oct. 8 - Oct. 13, Oct. 29 - Nov. 11, Nov. 25 – Nov. 30, Dec. 18 - Jan. 4):
You may cancel within the first 24 hours of making the reservation (if the reservation is made within seven days of your arrival, the total package price up to $300 per room cancellation fee plus $39 processing fee applies). After the initial 24 hrs, we'll charge $150 and a $39 processing fee if cancelled up to seven days prior your arrival date. Less than seven days prior your arrival date or no shows, the total package price up to $300 (per room) plus a $39 processing fee will be retained. No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights. Cancellations made directly to the hotel will not be considered valid.
